Upgrades are a feature in the Warfare series. It upgrades a unit's damage, defense, reinforcement speed, etc. It is only available in the campaign modes and is purchased with XP, which is acquired through killing enemies and as a bonus for good performance in a mission.

Mortar Accuracy Mortar crews will fire far more accurately at designated targets. +25% more accurate 1
Artillery Accuracy Artillery crews fire more accurately on designated targets. +25% more accurate 2
Resupply All types of fire support resupply are shortened significantly. +40% faster resupply 3 Mortars are only sped up by 8%.
Mortar Barrage Increases the amount of rounds fired in a single mortar strike. Additional rounds 1 Bugged, has no effect.
Artillery Barrage Increases the amount of rounds fired in a single artillery strike. Additional rounds 2 Bugged, has no effect.
Barrage of Fire Makes artillery strikes long and intense barrages which will decimate the enemy. Additional rounds 3 Bugged, has no effect.
Heavy Mortar Mortar shells are far more effective against tanks. +30% damage to tanks 1
Heavy Artillery Artillery and Anti-Tank shells are more effective against hard targets. +30% damage to tanks 2
Anti-Tank Barrage Anti-tank batteries will fire more rounds at enemy tanks. Additional rounds 3 Bugged, has no effect.
Toxic Gas Our gas make up has been altered to be more effective. +25% damage 1
Lingering Gas Our gas has been reformulated to hang longer in the air. +30% duration 2 Bugged, has no effect.

Assault Tactics Assault teams are highly trained and deal more damage. +10% damage for Assault 2
Fire Support Your Machine Gun Teams have spent time training on the range. +40% damage for Machine Gun team 3
Take Cover All infantry soldiers gain a slight defensive bonus. +10% to defense 1
Hit 'Em Hard Our units will do more damage when attacking from flanks. +10% damage on flank attack 2
Go! Go! Go! Time doing long runs has increased their endurance. +20% to infantry movement 3
Red White and Blue Morale boost to our fighting men. +10% to starting morale 1
Secure Flanks Our flanks and support are secure, the men aren't worried. -20% from morale loss when flanked 2
In Good Supply Resources needed for all infantry units is reduced. -20% resource point costs 3
Post Haste Decreases the reinforcement time for all units. 10% faster reinforcement 1
Resupply Inbound Reinforcements arrive much quicker. 15% faster reinforcement 2
